Invest in yourself with one-on-one coaching! I offer individual coaching for product and UX designers, user researchers, and design leaders at all levels. While I’m in the San Francisco time zone, sessions are done remotely, so you can join from anywhere.

Coaching takes place one-on-one over Zoom with Bay Bridge UX owner Jenny Shirey
A 1-hour coaching session is $350
A package of three 1-hour sessions is $795 ($265 per session)
In order to make coaching more possible for all, I offer reduced rates for those who are unemployed, working in non-profit or government, or are experiencing financial hardship. Please let me know if you’re interested in these spots!

About your coach
I’ve been working in visual and web design since 2006, working in tech since 2011, and managing design teams in San Francisco and Denmark from 2015-2020. I love helping designers and user researchers grow and get un-stuck in their careers!
My experience as a teacher (4 years at UC Berkeley and 1 semester at California College of the Arts) means that I am able to provide skills training in addition to more traditional coaching.
I take a calm, practical, and caring approach. Each session is customized to your individual needs and goals.
Because I have also studied behavior change and decision while doing a Master’s thesis project on design for behavior change, I’ll sprinkle in tips for making your goals reality! At the end of each session you’ll decide on action items for next time.
